Bad news out of the Supreme Court of PA. The long-awaited decision in the Com. v. Torsileri Case is out and the results are all bad. Our legal committee is currently reviewing the case, and we are in touch with Mr. Torsilieri’s attorneys and will keep you posted on any additional steps that may be taken.
